Membership Registration
To become a free member, just click on the “Member registration” button on the upper right hand corner and filled out a simple form. You can also login with your Facebook account for a faster setup.
The registered email address will be used as the primary communication gateway with everybody Labo. Please ensure that your email setting will be able to receive our emails, do add our email address to your address book if our
emails have fallen into Spam or Trash. We will collect the following personal information when you register to become our member.

Personal information including:

  • Name
  • Methods of communication (mobile/address/email address)
  • Age
  • Sex
  • Nationality

Your personal data is kept confidential and we do not make email addresses available to third parties other than our own business operation needs. Such as processing order, payment and marketing purpose within our own company.

Ordering Process

  • Login to our website
  • Add items to shopping cart
  • Proceed to checkout and fill in personal details including address**
  • Choose a payment method
  • Complete payment (upon successful completion user will receive an automatic confirmation email)
  • Everybody Labo will arrange for goods dispatch once we receive the order.
  • After the order is shipped, user will receive a Tracking code via email for delivery tracking purpose.
  • Purchased goods to be delivered to designated address by the user.

**Each member can only register for one everybody Labo account. If the account is falsified, everybody Labo will delete such account without further notice and reserve the right to pursue any legal responsibilities.

Payment Options
What type of payment options do I have?
(i) Cash on delivery: pay cash to courier service at the time of delivery. This is an option if one has no credit card.
(ii) We accept PayPal/Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal bank account can be used via Paypal platform.

Online payment is done directly via Everybody Labo empowers a trusted third party provider for secure credit card, debit card and smart chip card processing. All questions related to security of transaction and personal privacy are being handled by the third party provider.

All items are listed in Hong Kong Dollars.

Order History
You may view your order history by signing into Your Account from the upper right hand selection button.

Hong Kong orders are delivered by Shun Fung courier service.

Delivery Charge
Hong Kong: Free delivery with purchase of $300 and above, or else a $70 delivery and processing charge will be applied.

Delivery Times
Hong Kong order: All items ordered will be dispatched within 3 business days of purchase (excluding holidays.) Takes another 2 to 3 business days for clients to receive items.

The above delivery time only applies to normal circumstances. Items will be delayed if there is adverse weather such as typhoon or black rain storm. Everybody Labo is not responsible for such delays and cannot guarantee the delivery times during these special circumstances.

Is there a tracking code provided for my order?
Yes. There will be a tracking code provided by the courier company, you can easily track your order at your convenience.

What if the package is returned to everybody Labo and not delivered by the courier?
The reasons for not being able to deliver the package including: address provided is incorrect, recipient is not available, or items not received by a third party. Everybody Labo will email the client to re-arrange for delivery if the package is not delivered. We will charge the related delivery cost for such delivery (based on weight and location.)

Out of Stock
Everybody Labo will try our best to ensure all items are in stock, but when certain item is out of stock after placement of order, we will email client for notification, Any cost incurred from out of stock items we will issue refund within 7 business days.

Returns and Exchanges
Everybody Labo does not accept refund, except for out of stock situation. Everybody Labo will accept returns and arrange for exchange within the following points:

  • Client must submit for exchange within 7 days of receiving of goods (proof of purchase is required.)
  • Prior to returning the item, client must be in touch with our customer service specialist to ensure the desired item for return is qualified for exchange.
  • Must check with our customer service to ensure the item for exchange is in stock.
  • Client will pay for the shipping fee for returning the item back to us, and everybody Labo will pay for the shipping fee for sending the returned items back to the client.
  • All items can only be exchanged once.
  • Gift items are not qualified for returns or exchange.

Exchange procedure
Client must send email to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving of items for exchange application. Please also provide your order number and list out the reasons for exchange (please attach photos for reference.) Our customer service specialist will be in touch with you within 7 business days via email to confirm if the request is approved.


  • We have the right to receive and store the information you provide on our website or via another channel. You can opt out to provide certain information but please be aware that this may induce limitation of service being provided by us.
  • We will send EDMs and marketing messages to you based on the personal information you provided. If you do not wish to receive such notification, please unsubscribe according to our instruction given on our EDMs or marketing messages.
  • We will be sending you information on everybody Labo products/services via digital channel to the personal detail you have provided. You agree to receive such notification when you accept this term and we shall assume you have successfully received such messages after we dispatch these notifications.
  • everybody Labo will collect your personal information via, including:
    • Your registered information (you must provide such information in order for purchasing), inclusive but not limited to your full name, sex, date of birth, email address, mobile number, address and district;
    • After registration, you have authorized us to use the above information for the below purposes:
    1. Provide service;
    2. Calculating of order;
    3. Processing of order;
    4. Verify identity;
    5. Improvement purpose;
    6. Communication purpose;
    7. Marketing purpose (including research, reports and data analysis, and all marketing and selling of products)
  • In normal circumstances, everybody Labo will not disclose, exchange or reveal your identity and personal information to a third party without prior approval from you.
  • Under special circumstances, everybody Labo will disclose or release your information to third party without your consensus. Such situation including the protection of rights, intelligent property, property and well-being of everybody Labo and also investigation of any illegal activities and under investigation of authority, this is to ensure the safety of the user and the public.
