Tired Skin (‘taɪəd skɪn)

During the day, the skin cells initiate a defense mechanism in respond to various external environmental stimuli. At night, cells repair and regenerate at all stages of sleep.

Good sleep is essential, otherwise it disrupts skin repair and regeneration, and thus accelerates the production of glycotoxins, which deregulate skin’s natural systems responsible for the repair and protection processes that occur during sleep.
